Jeanie Marie Buss, an American businesswoman from America. The current president is as well as the sole owner of the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. The California native Buss has been raised by an affluent family. Jerry Buss, her father was a successful entrepreneur with a real estate business who later eventually became the proprietor of Lakers Entertainment and Sports. After her parents split up in 1972, she was convinced that they had abandoned her. She joined the family business at the age of 19 to become the general manager for the Los Angeles Strings tennis team.
